| Ordering, Shipping and Return Information 1. All prints are guaranteed genuine as described. Some prints are later year reproduction which is also clearly described in the information. 2. Prints are sold as-is, unmatted or unmounted. 3. Orders are accepted subject to availability. We will confirm availability, since most prints are one of a kind. 4. Prices are in US dollars. 5. Michigan residents include 6.0% sales tax. There is a NO sales tax on shipments outside Michigan. 6. We accept: Visa, Master, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club, Money Order, bank check, wire transfer and PayPal. We reserve the right to defer shipment until the funds have cleared. 7. Our high quality shipping service uses a flat package protected by wooden panels for potential damage. 9. We use insured USPS Priority Mail for domestic, and insured USPS Global Priority Mail for international destinations. 10. A flat $10 shipping charge will be added for shipping destination within continental US. For Alaska, Hawaii, AP, AE, AA and FP address will be charged $15. 11. A flat $20 shipping charge will be added for all outside US destinations. 12. Free shipping charge if you purchase more than $300 at a time. Shipping charge will be refunded by a Gallery Mai’s check together with shipment.
13. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your prints for a refund of the purchase price within 14 day from the date of shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns should be sent to us insured for the full retail value, postage prepaid, and must be received in the same condition as we shipped. Until returned prints are received by me, they remain the responsibility of the customer in the event of damage or loss. |
